The CBSE wing at GCIS proudly celebrated Anti-Bullying Week, a meaningful initiative dedicated to raising awareness about bullying and fostering a culture of kindness, empathy, and respect. This year’s theme, “We Are Buddies, Not Bullies,” inspired our students to embrace inclusivity and take a stand against bullying.
The week was filled with impactful activities aimed at educating and empowering our school community:
- Identifying bullying and offering support to those affected
- Creating a culture of kindness and safety
- Promoting empathy, respect, and celebrating differences
- Educating on prevention strategies and encouraging bystanders to take action
Students participated enthusiastically, designing badges and posters that were proudly displayed in classrooms to reinforce the anti-bullying message. The week concluded with a vibrant assembly where we recognised our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors from Grades 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11, celebrating their commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Together, we are building a school where every student feels valued, safe, and empowered. At GCIS, kindness is always in action!
