At GCIS, fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment is a shared responsibility. Our Executive Principal, Mr. Venkata Suresh Lolla, led an engaging session for students of Grades 10 and 12 (AY 2025–26) to deepen their understanding of our Behaviour Policy.
The session opened with a refreshing ice-breaking activity, setting the tone for reflection and openness. Mr. Lolla then introduced the Behaviour Policy framework, highlighting how it supports accountability, empathy, and interpersonal growth.
In a collaborative group activity, students role-played as the School Discipline Committee, examining real-world case studies and deliberating actions through the lens of the Behaviour Policy. These simulations gave students hands-on insight into respectful conflict resolution and decision-making.
The outcomes were profound—students enhanced their communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, while strengthening bonds with their peers.
The session concluded with a Q&A and a powerful message: Respectful behaviour begins with each of us. Together, we build a school culture grounded in empathy, ethics, and unity.
