From Passion to Business,Entrepreneurial Lessons for Grades 3 to 5 by Ms. Rashmi Erappa

As part of their CCA club activity, students from Grades 3–5 at GCIS were treated to an insightful session by Ms. Rashmi Erappa, a talented local entrepreneur who transformed her passion for costume design into a flourishing business.

Held in the school auditorium, the session delved into creativity, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurship. Ms. Rashmi shared her journey, highlighting the importance of originality, quality materials, and understanding customer needs. She also touched upon key aspects of running a business, including marketing strategies, pricing, and overcoming challenges.

The interactive Q&A session inspired students to pursue their creative passions with patience and determination, proving that innovation and hard work can lead to extraordinary opportunities.
