On September 7 and 8, GCIS was paid a visit by an eminent educator, Dr. Sumer Singh. The aim of the visit was a training for the leadership team on “Qualities and Skills needed for 21st Century Leadership.”
The insights provided during the training very encouraging and can be immediately implemented to improve the quality of life of all stakeholders. We are looking ahead for a fully student lead community which was one of the key take aways from this workshop.
Student leaders also had a 1 hour interaction with Dr. Sumer on how to do future planning and key skills required for leading a quality life.
GCIS teachers had a great interactive session on how to deliver an outstanding lesson.
On the whole, it was a great experience for the staff to learn from such an outstanding person.
