Boho Art for the Heart Wellness in Colour: GCIS Grade 10B Students Embrace Art Therapy

As part of our ongoing Global Wellness programme, students of Grade 10B explored the vital life skill of Stress Management—an essential focus for young minds navigating academic and emotional growth.

To make the learning experience meaningful and restorative, students engaged in Boho Art, a mindful, expressive form of drawing that promotes calm, clarity, and creativity.

With each line and colour, our students found space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with their emotions. The result? Not only beautiful artworks—but lighter hearts, relaxed minds, and a sense of shared wellness.

At GCIS, we believe wellness is as important as academics—and creativity is one of its most powerful tools.
