The GCIS Kindergarten corridors were alive with excitement as our youngest learners arrived hand-in-hand with their parents for the much-awaited Meet & Greet session. The air was filled with wide-eyed wonder, cheerful chatter, and heartfelt smiles as children explored their new classrooms and met their teachers for the very first time.
This special day offered a gentle introduction to the academic journey ahead. Parents had the opportunity to engage with the teachers, understand the learning spaces, and share in the joy of their child’s first step into school life. For the little ones, playful activities and warm conversations helped ease first-day jitters and build early bonds.
The first interaction between a parent, teacher, and child sets the tone for a nurturing and supportive school experience. It is the foundation on which trust, connection, and joyful learning are built.
