In celebration of World Mental Health Day, the GCIS Theatre Club presented a compelling skit titled “Unplugged and Unstressed: Balancing Social Media and Mental Health.”
The performance resonated with our students, sparking important conversations about the impact of social media on mental well-being. Following the skit, our Student Advisor and SEND Teacher, Ms. Roslin Richard, shared her valuable insights on the topic. She highlighted the significance of maintaining a healthy balance between online activities and personal well-being, promoting mindfulness in digital interactions.
This event provided a meaningful platform to raise awareness about mental health issues among our students and encouraged positive habits for emotional well-being.
